When will I get my goodies?

Orders are checked at 8am every Monday and freshly baked on Tuesday for dispatch on Wednesday. They are sent by 24-hour courier, so will be with you on the Thursday. Orders received after 8am on Monday will be baked the following week.

What if I’m not in when the delivery arrives?

We use Royal Mail Parcelforce as our courier, and they will contact you with a one-hour timeslot for your delivery. They will also be able to offer alternatives such as delivery to a neighbour. Obviously, being a chilled product they would need to be collected on the day of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for non -delivery due to customer absence.

How do I reheat the pies and pasties?

Remove the packaging and place in a preheated oven (170 degrees C, 160 degrees C for a fan oven, 325 degrees F, Gas Mark 3) for about 17 – 20 minutes. These are guidelines only, as all appliances vary. Ensure product is fully heated through before serving.

Can I microwave the pies and pasties?

All of our products are best reheated in a conventional oven — it’s better for the pastry! However, you can reheat them in a microwave. Try giving them 2 minutes on high power (800W). Leave to stand for 1 minute. Again, this is a guideline only. Times will vary depending on the wattage of the microwave. Ensure product is fully heated through before serving.

Can I freeze the pies and pasties?

Yes, all are suitable for home freezing.

Where do I find ingredient and allergen information?

Ingredients for each product are shown with the product images on the shop page. Allergens are shown in bold.

Is the packaging recyclable?

The pie and pasty bags are compostable. The cardboard box, packing tape and paper liners are all recyclable. The gel pack is reusable. Pop it in your cool-box!

Do you make any gluten-free products?

Sorry, but no (at least not at the moment). As a small artisan producer, we don’t have the space to have a separate designated gluten-free kitchen.
